Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return of a shipped product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the product upon arrival.
Most of our products are digital downloaded items. Downloaded products are obviously not returnable. In this case, in the event of a problem with the download we will make a reasonable effort to help correct the problem. If we aren’t able to do so, and the problem is at our end, we will refund your payment. If the problem is at your end, we may, at our discretion, elect to provide the product in another format, via another form of transmission, or provide access to another, similar product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of digital products, we can only proceed with the accountholder who made the purchase.
We may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds for items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, as well as for any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
For shipped products, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after this time, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank, because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. For digital products we will proceed with a refund after communication with you and once we determine that a refund is appropriate. You satisfaction is important to us, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems on our end.
Only regularly priced items are generally refunded. Sale items are only eligible for refunds at our discretion.
In the case of shipped products, you are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. We will pay to ship a replacement item if you elect this approach.
