I’ve always loved The Little Prince. It’s one of those books that stays with you, revealing something new each time you return to it.

When I became a language teacher, I started looking for study materials that would be genuinely useful and engaging for my students. I realized that The Little Prince was ideal for this: the language is accessible, the story is compelling, and beneath its simplicity are ideas that invite reflection about life. So I began what I thought would be a fairly straightforward project. It turned into a year-long process—and eventually into something much bigger. I set out to translate The Little Prince into Levantine Arabic and present it to students in a format designed to make learning easier and more enjoyable. But I also wanted to preserve what makes the original so special: its warmth, humor, beauty, and charm. What began as an effort to create a useful teaching resource grew into a series of Little Prince editions, each designed to meet the needs of different students and, I hope, anyone who loves this remarkable little book.

I started out looking for something my students would actually enjoy reading while learning. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for – so I decided to create it. After a year of work, I’m excited to be able to offer it to you.
